Celebrate fall flavors with pork, apples and cinnamon.
- 2 -3/4" Gore's Pork Shoulder Steaks
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 medium apples (sliced)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
Brown Gore's Shoulder Steaks with butter in large skillet. Add apples and sprinkle with cinnamon, cover and cook for 4 minutes on medium heat, turn pork steaks. Stir in brown sugar and keep cooking, uncovered, until sauce caramelizes and meat is cooked through.
