These meatballs are perfect for meatball subs, spaghetti & even cocktail meatballs. Make a double or triple batch, freeze extras and reheat for a quick dinner!
- 1 lb Gore's ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup diced onion (~1 small onion)
- 1 large egg
Mix all ingredients, shape into meatballs & place on a cookie sheet (don’t let them touch). Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Tip: To give meatballs more Italian flavor, use Italian bread crumbs or a teaspoon of Italian seasoning
